Krista and I were invited to share our “college experiences” to the current shs seniors. I think I did an okay job in sharing of my personal experiences (like how I got kicked-out of almost 3 canteens in my college because I kept on bringing food bought from the outside). I got them laughing.. which is good I guess. Good thing Krista was there to ‘modulate’ our (my) sharing. Haha. The sharings of a highschool friend of mine (let’s call her Joan. Haha!) who’s currently studying at the University of Virginia + Enderun(a very expensive culinary arts college here)’s sharings kind of made us feel.. little. We felt belittled (not in a serious way, of course). XD

One of my closest highschool friends was there too :) Charley was there! I super miss our lunch group.

I call my mom “mami”. It sounds so weird / barok but that’s really how I call her. As for my dad, I call him “dadi”. Obviously. XD

Since it’s Thursday today (which means last school day of the week for Lasallians), I went straight from school to Trinoma (a mall). Actually, my mom asked me to accompany her to buy a birthday gift for the family “yaya” (nanny). You see, “Nanay” (mother in English; our family yaya) has been staying with us since Godknowswhen. She used to be my mom’s yaya/nanny and eventually, she became everyone’s nanny.. which makes her a family to all of us now. It’s her birthday tomorrow so we bought some clothes for her. XD

I was feeling extra happy in the afternoon so I dragged (quite literally) my mom to the neoprint booth. She was quite reluctant at first… the photos tell otherwise though. XD

A former (school)busmate (when I was still in highschool) recently joined a contest. If you have time, please vote for her! Her name’s Simone. I tell you, this girl is almost near to being perfect! I know her personally so I can tell this. She’s got the looks, the brains (she’s an honor student / merit card awardee) and the personality that’s why I think she deserves to win this contest. Even though she’s accomplished a lot in her young age, she still remains humble. :)
